Friday, November 8
After being soft opened for a couple weeks, The Hidden Mother Brewery is hosting the grand opening of their new taproom on Friday and Saturday. On the second Friday of every month, River City Brewing will be teaming up with SpokAnimal to raise money and find forever homes for our furry friends. Starting at 6 p.m. Whistle Punk Brewing will be raising money for the 90+ Project, an organization which mentors under-resourced children in the community through soccer. Saturday November 9
Idaho Brewers United, Idaho's craft brewers guild, is hosting the first annual North Idaho Beer Fest at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds from noon to 6 p.m. Breweries from all over Idaho will be on hand to celebrate Idaho Brewing. If you've ever wanted to learn more about homebrewing, Community Pint will give you the opportunity when they host the Inland Brewers Unite Homebrew Club for a "Homebrewing 101" class from noon to 12:30. The class will taught by a professional brewer and attendees will see the step-by-step process and learn more about the science of brewing.
